Toro tire/rim replacement

I have a Toro 524 with 13x4.00x6 tires. They are cracking and the rims are all but welded to the shaft. I all but wrecked one of the rims putting a tube in the tire. I would love to simply cut off the rims and clean up the shafts.

Is there another common rim/tire combination that works for this? And looks decent?

Thanks in advance,
