LCT Governor adjustments

These engines are on Ariens and Husqvarna blowers and I have one that needed a little repair and it's all back together BUT it seems the Governor is running it low on RPM, Have not put the tach on it yet but it IS def low compared to another running right next to it. So how do I increase the rpm on these engines, I know how on the old Tecumseh engines but have yet to mess with or even need to until now. All help is appreciated.

Sno-Tek Modded, 15"X-Track tires (Now has same X-Track tires but 13"x4" for better fit), 254cc engine LED light and hand warmers.
Snapper 6/22 sold but not forgotten. Was my first.
Ariens ST1027LE workhorse and going strong.
New 2017 Ariens Deluxe completely rebuilt after losing a fight with a forklift.

Garage
D if you move the gov spring to the outside hole you should pick up about 250 rpm to 300 rpm on max i picked up 300 rpm town was 250 rpm or more
sounds like maybe you are really low though
id put a tach on it 1st min was 3525 outside hole give me 3825
lct spec is 3850 plus or minus a 100
its the spring that goes over to the tab under gas tank

I'll try it hopefully in the next few days, It's in the middle hole now but still seemed low, Also plan to open up the low speed jet a little as it's hunting slightly when not under load. Thanks and will keep this updated on how it goes.
