Welcome to the forum!
What machine is this? And what is stopping, exactly? The impeller that actually throws the snow out the chute? Or the augers at the front that chew up the snow?

Impeller is Jammed or Gearbox is Toast. Can You move the impeller by hand? If Not, Something is jammed in there or gearbox is toast. Put a piece of 2x4 in the chute resting on an impeller blade. Hit 2x4 with Large Hammer until it frees up.
every thing works fine when there is no snow in it tho. i cant move the impeller by hand when its off that what i dont get
Hold down the Auger Engagement Control, and Hold it down with Vicegrips or a clamp. This will release the brake. Then try to move the impeller by hand.... Is it Possible the auger belt is routed incorrectly?
any i able to send a video here. the belt is right route seem like the belt dosent have enough grip or the snow is to heavy for the impeller because the impeller back wheel doesn't move at all when there is snow
