Interesting...... A variation on this design might just be the solution for those with a gravel driveway.....or any irregular surface for that matter. Obviously, you'd have it rigged so the scraper bar rides higher than usual. But what's 3/4" of snow left behind when you're looking at having to remove two feet of snow from a terrain that's not smooth?

Sort of oversized skids not true snowmobile skis.

That's what it looked like to me too. Hopefully you don't need to clear very close to anything you're driving up to!

I own 3 snowmobiles and none of them have skis that look like those over size skids
