Replacing flywheel with ring gear

I have a snowblower, 5hp 24" snowblower mtd Tecumseh LH195SA-67424V. I am trying to add an electric starter. The flywheel on it does have a ring gear.

My question, is it possible to replace the flywheel with one that has a ring gear? Will there be enough space with the blower housing?

If the Flywheel on it does NOT have a ring gear, it can be replaced with one that has the gear. Fitment is not an issue.
