Ariens Professional 24 Idler Arm Roller help

Hello All, I have a 6 year old Ariens Professional 24 that does not want to move when it is in drive anymore. I thought it was the belts and when I went to replace them, I saw a loose spring when I removed the blower (see attached pic).

I'm guessing that it's this one:
http://apache.ariens.com/manuals/02983600.pdf

page GB-35

15 083000171Spring, Tension .056 x .60 x 4.40

On page GB-27 Figure 31 (please note that there are 2 Figure 31s on page GB-27, I am referring to the one on the left) of the Idler Arm assembly you can see a drawing of a spring.

Can anybody take a picture of this or can provide me instruction on how I would re-install a new spring?

It was the spring to the brake.

Installed the drive and auger belts without an issue as well.
