John Deere 524 - Pulley Spring

Can anyone show/tell me where the end of the spring (part # 20) attaches to on the following diagram?

I would think there may be some sort of notch on the tractor itself.

Thanks, me too............I just can't seem to see anything obvious. The hook end of the spring broke and I found the spring at the bottom of the unit when I took off the case cover. Therefore, didn't have a reference point.
