Craftsman 536.881750 7.5 HP B&S engine

I've been having a problem with my snow blower where it would run perfectly fine, but after 15 mins of use it will stall and may or may not restart until cooled.

I drained the gas out and put in premium gas. Changed the oil replaced a brand new carburetor, gas cap, and spark plug.

After this the same issues occured so I decided to replace the coil pack. After replacing the coil, the engine is super loud and is shaking. I also see the carburetor spitting gas. The first thing i noticed after installing the coil was the primer bulb was flat. Now it's back to normal shape and when I press the primer bulb i see gas spitting out where the choke adjustment door is located. Is that normal?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance for taking the time in reading this!
