Old Guy can't remember

I have an Ariens blower with the Tecumseh oh318sa engine. I just replaced the head gasket due to an oil leak and during reassembly I realized that I didn't pay attention to the way the push rod guide came out. It will actually fit both ways but not sure if the tabs are up or down. Please advise!!!

Thanx for the reply, I look at the diagram and unfortunately the part in the drawing is not well defined. Thanx again.

Thanx dbert, exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, a lot of the diagrams available on the internet are not defined enough to depict the orientation of that guide plate. You have saved the day. Now for a valve adjustment, install the rocker cover and she's ready for a New England winter! Thanx again really do appreciate your help.
