Proper HMSK 105 full throttle rpm

Hey all,
I ordered a tach from ebay and expect to be getting it very soon. I'm trying to find out what the full throttle rpm on this engine should be. I've seen figures from 3400 - 3900. Also what should the idle speed be?

Engine HMSK105
Spec. 159908B

thanks
charlie

I usually set my full throttle speed at 3600. Idle is generally set at around 1800, but I can't remember whether that ideal number is close to correct.

We'll get more friends to correct my idle number...

Usually max is 3600 +/- 100 rpm and idle is 1750-1800 or there abouts. On the idle side, set it so it runs nice and smooth, if it's a bit lower, it will burn less gas. Just don't try to clear show at idle. If it's old, go easy on it.

Work fascinates me.
