Generic Tecumseh parts break downs?

I tried to order a crank shaft oil seal, (flywheel end) the other day, for an HM100. I WAS using the whole model number, which I don't have in front of me at the moment. Although black in color, the engine is early enough to have points. Every parts diagram I found, including the exact model, showed an external coil, like the newer ones. I have no idea whether the seal I ordered will fit; but what if I'd wanted to buy a set of points and condenser, or the little alternator coil that fits on the same part that the coil mounts too? They were not shown in the diagram! Both Partstree and Jack's had the same problem. Anybody else run into this?

When you have the numbers for the engine post them and we can take a look and see what we come up with.

Thanks! It's HM100-159024C ser. 9019D. Again, this engine has points and condenser, no mitt-grip pull handle, a primer, black color, 1" shaft, 3.3" bore.

I can't give you a number off the top of my head, but having replaced a pair of 10 hp units. I took the engine model number to my local shop and they got me the right ones.
