Roper friction disk

I'm trying to find the part number for a friction disk from a 6-24. Does anyone know were to get this or if there are any substitutes?

I have one or two of them laying around. I'll compare them to some others and see if they match anything more common.

I think unless you're extremely lucky, you will not find an oem friction disc for that Roper. What I did find was there was one for a Toro that had the same overall dimensions but was not a 'bolt-on' install. This was on a Craftsman labeled blower that I'm fairly sure was a Roper built unit.

What I did was chuck it into a metal lathe and opened up the center hole to fit the shoulder of the mounting fixture in the blower. Once that was done, I then was able to clamp them together and drill and countersink new holes for the mounting bolts. It ended up working out for me. I don't think it would be that expensive to have a machine shop make the modifications for you if you don't have your own tools to make the modifications.

Good luck
