Toro ccr 2000 Engine speed slow

Toro ccr 2000 single stage was working well and I cleared a large driveway but then I bumped into some packed snow and the engine speed dropped to very low speed and stalled. I can restart it but it idles very slowly and has no power. Any ideas?

There is no visible throttle control on this model but I looked inside the housing near the carb and there was a lever with a spring. I reached in to try to move it and it was stuck. I pushed a little harder and it then moved freely. I started it up and that was the problem. Thanks POWERSHIFT93.

id say its time to get a few tools out and remove some shrouding so you can have a look to see what may be amiss.
