Premium memberships are auto-renewing. After you updated to Lifetime, you still had the premium one going. Head over to your Paypal account and remove the payment from your My Account page.

@Bluejoe It might be removed on the snowblower forum but it also needs to be removed from your recurring charges in your Paypal.

Here are instructions, and if you have any issues cancelling it contact PayPal directly

1.)Log in to your PayPal account.
2.)Click the Profile icon next to "Log out."
3.)Click Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings."
4.)Click the merchant name.
5.)Click Cancel Automatic Billing at the top of the page.

Hello Administrator I think they hit me up last year also for $15 dollars At same time I signed up for lifetime membership. Ok I havenít kept up with what had occurred but I didnít know it was recurring payment? Why would it tell me itís about to expire and to go in and re- up for another year. Iím going to check.

Your payment went through, so you will need to provide the Transaction ID, paypal email address, date of purchase and price. Send it to us in a PM. You should have a transaction record either in Email or in your paypal account.

As for the renewal notice, it alerts you that the membership is about to expire, but if the payment is auto-renewing to not concern yourself with renewing manually.

The premium membership is auto-renewing as listed on the payments page where you purchased it: "Validity periods marked * indicate that purchasing this subscription is recurring"

The premium membership paid for last year is past the 60 day dispute deadline and we cannot offer a refund for it from this end.

As your recent payment went through, it changed your account to premium. I have changed it back to Lifetime.
