Talking Snow machine etiquette

I have a small criteria I follow with reguard to my neighbors I simply do the whole block onces then if it's not kept up I suspend any more outside of my corner which is 2700 feet of walk. then I get the cold shoulder from the ones who don't shovel. what else can I do.

Cool

Ignore them. Never clean snow again.

if you didn't blow snow for them the first time they couldn't be mad because you didn't blow snow for them the second time. I blow my neighbors snow only because they are older ladies in their mid 70's, all neighbors with kids can remove snow the best they can

It's funny how others mentality works ,but I would get the same attitude if I had not done it at all. Incredible I'm on a 211 call system to go dig snow berms out for infirmed but able bodied should take exercise at every opportunity LOL.....Snow machine etiquette-s-l1600-vv.jpg

I see some of my able body neighbors with their attitude but I bought a snowblower not to help my neighbors but to help myself, I have my own health problem and a snowblower was something I had to invest in or I would probably still be shoveling snow. once I'm done at home blowing snow for myself and my older widowed neighbors and the vacant properties in between I head over to my mom's to blow snow for her and four of her neighbors. for a normal snowfall those that are able on my block are on their own but if there is a blizzard i'll help out more neighbors

Had same thing happen to me . All I was hoping for was a simple thank you . Never got one never did it again , did not loose any sleep over it . Now less wear and tear on machine and I am back inside getting warm while watching them dig out with shovels .😀😂
