Question Any Prius gen 3 owners here?

Poor mileage.. 30mpg . Excessive oil consumption ... Qt/1k?
If so, what did you do to repair it?

Point it towards the nearest cliff...and jump out at the last minute.

That will fix it permanently.

I believe around 130,000. My brother's car.
This is his 2nd one. He has a gen 2 with 240,000 miles and it's.still going strong. Seems there is a problem with the gen 3 engines.

Toyo engines are usually all but bulletproof. A quart of oil every 1000 miles is way too much.

I have a link to a website that might help point you in the right direction as to what might be going on inside the engine.
