Lots of us on the forum use Non E gas. I get it from a Liberty gas station close to my house. $3.49/gal for 91 octane non E.
Thanks for the helpful link.

Can people still wander into airport fueling areas for AV gas? Are marinas another outlet for E0 gasoline?

My son has access to E0 gasoline at a couple stations near him in southern IL. Over the past week, he claims the station near him is no longer selling E0 due to a statewide regulation banning it?? The local town Weights & Measures guy did post a stop-sale tag on a pump. I'd think because it wasn't dispensing fuel accurately. Anyone hear about a statewide ban in IL for E0 gasoline?

around NYC if one drives north on 17 they can find E0 after they are 50 miles from the city, for me that means a drive to wurst bro exit 113 off rt 17.or driving to near stewart in newburg . more locally our local ap allows cans to be filled IF ONE has a tail N number and a CC. for SS , todays price was $4.99 for 100LL AirNav: Aviation Fuel

You can find it in northern and downeast Maine, but not so much in the south. I called a small airport and was told that they stopped selling it after some local environmental zealots threatened to call the EPA. Even though it is legal to sell it, the airport has decided not to offer it anymore unless you have a tail number and pilot's license.

I buy it non E at a small airfield in Hampton NH. You have to carry your red plastic gas jugs to the pump located next to the airfield, only a 30ft walk. I pay $5/gal but it's worth it. I use it in the snowblower in the winter, mower in the summer and also use it for storage gas on my four motorcycles when I put them away for the winter. Great stuff!

The lady at Sanford Airport pointed me to Hampton!

So I take it that there is no downside to using 100LL in a small engine?

Hey Joe, is that the station across from Pappys Pub?
And is 91 recommended for my new Ariens?

91 better known as high test will not hurt the machine as today's motors are made for 87 and up octaine .high test burns slower than low test thus it reduces chances of knock or pinging as one would hear in a car

if one can get av gas that 100 ll is still leaded gas just lower in amounts than of old so it still lubes the valves and seats . for me i burn 91 e free with stabil and motor medic lead substitute added before i fill my cans to help lube the top end just as leaded gas would
