Good luck with your addition. Keep us posted on how it goes. Hope you have better luck getting contractors lined up there than we've had here in da' U.P.!

I'm pretty much retired from the forum thing, but I check in every now and then.

We're our own contractor Bruce. I have a good friend who does excavating and anotner friend who will lay the foundation. After the concrete is poured and foundation laid it'll all be on me. The only outside help will be to install the metal roof to match the metal roof on the rest of the house. If I waited for contractors I'd be in a nursing home by the time it was completed.

Just make sure to check in before you remodel the next thing, so you don't get rid of something that could pay for part of the next remodel.

We are still here for you.

Garage:
MTD....2 stage(modern 8.5 HP) not my favorite
Honda HS622 TA-B - acquired at an auction- nice machine for it's size.
Toro S-140- Picked it up on trash day... it runs, sort of.
Yamaha YS 240 TB "Ricky" latest Craigslist find- on the bench now.
