Clean it up and top up the water. Will be good as new again.

Please direct all snow blower questions to the forums and not to me with PMs.

My plan yesterday, Sunday afternoon/evening was to pull it out, clean that bracket and put it back in. Then I realized it's the original 08 battery and it actually looks swollen. It's gotta make it until weds night, I will replace it this weekend. 08 tundra. Any suggestions, besides big$ optima rainbow tops

Garage
Try to find the longest warranty and buy from someplace that has lots of locations.
Next would be price and the highest Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) rating.

And those dumb looking red and green felt washers do work to stop that white fuzz from getting started. Well worth the buck or two every year or so. Likely cheaper at a big box store.

I've been using duralast gold batteries from autozone for a long time now. I got a dual post 1000cca in my safari van, the dual post cost more than a side post only or a top post only battery but its what I need
