Northwest Vermont, any snow?

Hey folks, I'm hoping to have some Vermonters (Vermontanites?) chime in here.

I'm heading to Vermont in a couple days for a job interview and will be renting a car for the drive. I know it's still only Autumn but I'm curious if there has been any recent snowfall, for I'd opt to rent a car with 4 wheel drive. I'd just to be prepared for such circumstances.
Thanks

There had been a little snow about a week ago. I guess it's fair to say more could come at just about anytime at higher elevations. Not sure if it's something you need to worry about....

Garage
As most places north, you can take off knowing there isn't any snow and next day have it half way up your door.

Yup, I'm sittin' in Wisconsin but my 2 cents is that in October you'd be good with the 2WD.
