It's an idea, maybe not a good one.

Just when I think I've seen it all.

This just doesn't seem like a good idea.
From losing your balance and sending the blower or YOU over the edge onto a car, air conditioning unit, fence, person, ...
Not keeping the scraper up high enough and tearing off some shingles.

.
Make sure the windows are up before the snow plow goes by !!

Looks like it might be a deck where snowblowing is totally fine. (but maybe I'm wrong.....?)

That could happen if you're up there with a shovel.
There was a picture going around last year of a guy in Maine using a snowblower on his garage roof.
Seems safe enough to me as long as you don't fall off, which could happen with or without a blower.

If it was a flat roof I wouldn't see too much of an issue other then near the sides. But I still don't see it as a good idea. I want to know how he got it up there.

A roof collapsing because of snow weight can be a serious issue. But having it collapse while your in the hospital recoveing from a fall off the roof is a serious issue as well.

The "Wisconsin" looks like a single stage, the first picture is a two stage.
