dog house bound !

......im pretty sure my decision tonight is gunna have me in the dog house, but in my old brain it seems like not a bad idea !? heres the scoop.....i have a bradley smoker that i dont use much , maybe twice a year. was given some salmon to smoke.....i take half, the giver takes half. i normally heat the smoker up out doors a day before smoking , just to make sure its sterile. well....cant do that tonight , its pouring rain, so its here, in the basement......running at 275, smells great to me, but when the bride gets home, im gunna hear why my decision was a bad one ! anyone else here make my mistakes ? lol

That's why you should make yourself a really nice, comfortable dog house, about 800 square feet, heat, AC, big screen TV, kitchen etc. You can even let the dog use it when you are not in it.

Work fascinates me.

I think the biggest problem would be CO. When people get old, or IF we get old we get more cautious. But I do like smoked fish.
