Quick reply !!

Posted this in a thread I made in the general forum but thought it was worth a re-post here as well.
Decided I wanted to order the armor skids for my new blower today. Sent an email with a couple of questions @ 1:46 pm , got a reply from Bob answering my questions @ 2:36 pm .
Placed my order around 4 pm and look forward to upgrading !!!

Maybe your e mail went into the spam box?

Try another e mail before you give up?

Hi everyone,
I'm really sorry if I missed any emails. I get a lot of email related to 'what size fits my machine'. I try to respond to all email as fast as I can. Many times I get a response from the person saying they figured it out and have already ordered. I'm very sorry if I didn't respond to an email!
If anyone would like to contact me feel free to email me at [email protected]
Thanks!

Let's face it, sometimes stuff falls through the cracks.

Most people get a timely response but if you're the rare person that doesn't, IMHO the product is worth a second try from the positive postings members have made about the company and product.

I bought a set of Robalon skids for my MTD and they work great. No significant wear after two years of use however last year Boston got all our snow and we had a 2 foot high frost heave in front of my cabin which I have not had the time to deal with.
