History
Rebuilt transmission output drive gearbox circa 2015. The gearbox sealing gasket was not originally applied correctly, so water got into the box and rusted out gear teeth, resulting in failure of track movement. Replaced several problem gears, coated all in low temperature grease, and reassembled with red low temperature grease.
Cleaned out pilot jet in 2018. Surging idle was symptom of something no longer right with carburetor. The sealing o-ring around pilot jet had partially disintegrated and lodged a portion of itself in the 2mm port above the teensy pilot opening.
