If I'm afraid of heights I don't get a job as a tree climber.
If I can't swim I don't get a job as a lifeguard.
If I can't stay on the production floor for my shift then I don't get a job that requires me to do that.
The problem I guess is that they had the job and now things have changed.
I get pissed when I find myself the only one working while others are out on a smoke break. I wish my company would pass a hardship rule that they had to quit the job or quit the smokes.
