I bought a Husqvarna 924HV last weekend. I have used it three times in the last week and like it overall. However, the chute deflector could use some adjusting. It is run from a lever remotely from the dash. When it is in the "up" position, the deflector is almost straight up. Which is useless. It blows snow everywhere. When it is in the "down" position, it is pretty much where I would like to be when completely "up". Does that make sense? For me, I'd like the down position to be pointing farther down towards the ground for when I am in tighter spaces and don't need the snow to blown a great distance. Is there a way the deflector remote cable can be adjusted? It looks as though I could cut it and shorten it, but I thought maybe someone knows of a way it could just be adjusted rather than cut. There is nothing in the owner's manual about this. Thanks.
