I'm well aware of Honda snow blowers but my question is "Does any snowblower manufacturer use Honda engines besides Honda please?"

No. Honda GX Snow Engines are only used on Honda snow blowers.

"Finally, the vast majority of small gas Honda engines are made for third party firms who fit the engines to non-Honda equipment. Think log splitters, non-Honda lawn mowers, go-karts, pressure washers, generators, etc. The exception is Honda snow engines; these are only made for installation on Honda snow blowers."​

I've seen many people transplant a Honda snowblower engine onto an Ariens around here. Great for me when they eventually sell cheap or give away.......
