Blower starts and runs great but wen i go from turtle to rabbit it stalls out ,i changed the plug n cleaned the carb any idea's ??briggs and stratton 8hp

I don't think you got the jets cleaned out in that case. The idle circuit is working OK - but it sounds like it's starving on the higher RPM.

First step is be sure an obstruction isn't blocking the exit from
your fuel tank. Remove the hose to drain into a gas can. I've had pieces of rag go down the inlet down that I found after a bit of trial.
Check your fuel filter.
Then give the carb a new go-round.

So i should take back off n give another cleaning,,,would hit hurt to blow air into it ??
Won't hurt but make sure you (a) disconnect and plug the fuel supply line and (b) wear eye protection. You'd be amazed where fuel will come out when a carb and its multitude of jets and bleeds sees compressed air.

You may also get better results if you run a strand of wire from a wire brush through the jets (esp. the main jet)...
