Good day everyone,

My Honda snowblower was not working well last winter so I order a cheap carb from China that I've installed on it (it was cheaper than a kit). It worked for the winter but I had to warm the carb all the time before starting it. I've decided to clean my original one. Finally, installed it, it's starting first pull and run great. Just one problem, it leaks fuel from the fuel valve coming out of 23 (see picture below) as you know the fuel valve is attached to the carburetor body. I plan to change 26 and 27 as they are on top, I hope this help. I've tried to unscrew 28 but it's locked in place (is it threated the other way?). Any advice on this would be appreciated. They are great machine and I've used it for the past 20 years and still look and run like a new machine.
