I am hoping to get some guidance into the best method of replacing the belts on this beast. There are 2 belts, one to drive the impeller, the other for traction. The manual states to simply "slip the belt off the pulley and allow it to slide down into the traction housing". Both belts use spring tension idlers which obviously allows the loosening/removal of both belts from their pulleys.

OK...so...once the belts are loose and off the pulleys, how are they routed to remove from the machine? The manual does suggest removing them through the traction housing. Is there an easier method? Just wondering. Have not tried it yet. I simply am looking for any helpful tips that might make this an easier repair. Thanks!
