Hey all, got given a snow blower from a family member and trying to find out what shear pin I need for a Craftsman model number 536886360. I looked online at the manual it says it calls for replacement part 703335. It's Been a week of looking for these little devil's and can't find them anywhere besides online for just the bolt for like 5-6 dollars each. The one I took out from the opposite side the try and match up at lowes and home Depot have a bolt with top to bottom threads, with a spacer and nut. Looked on Amazon and found ones that look exactly like it but no part numbers match up so don't want to get the wrong ones.

Yup, the original part number was 578647 and the replacement is 703335. You can find the older style sometimes (partially threaded). The important part is the rounded shoulder below the head (just like on older Honda shear bolts). Any locknut will do. Some aftermarket substitutions use a plain shear bolt with a spacer, but I wouldn't go that way personally.

B&S has them for $3.69 https://www.briggsstrattonstore.com/briggs-stratton-part-703335/
Repair Clinic has them for $4.10 https://www.repairclinic.com/PartDetail/Bolt/703335/2912714
Sears Parts Direct has them for $4.63 https://www.searspartsdirect.com/part-number/578647/0071/536.html
Did you try your local Sears? Looks like they have a 4-pack for $5.99 https://www.sears.com/craftsman-snowblower-shear-bolt-kit/p-07188009000P?plpSellerId=Sears&prdNo=1&blockNo=1&blockType=G1
Looks like Stens has a 10-pack that would likely work for $16.40 https://www.ebay.com/itm/780-201-10PK-Stens-Shear-Pins-AYP-192090-Craftsman-88009-Husqvarna-532192090/292273085349?hash=item440cd55ba5:g:SWAAAOSwurVZzQnT:rk:1:pf:1&frcectupt=true

Unfortunately my local Sears closed down a couple years ago. Thank you so much for the help exactly what I was looking for though. I spent hours on the internet looking and couldn't find a decent pack of them that would match up cause I wanted extra just in case. I'm going to order the 10 pack from eBay that you linked and these ones will fit? I attached a photo of the other one I took out
