Ariens blower from the 60's
Tecumseh engine

No spark. I've replaced the condensor and the points.
Then I replaced the whole unit with coil.
Checked plugs etc. Still no spark. The magnets seem to be pretty stong.
Cleaned the inside of flywheel.

Can anyone tell me what the yellow wires are for??????

The black and red go to the key ignition and the white to the coil\points assembly (sorry not sure what its called)
Please disregard the red wire with alligator clips, I was trying to bypass ignition wires to rule them out.

Yellow Wires go to Kill Switch. You need to squeeze caliper on right handlebar when auger is in the "On" position or ignition is grounded. Disconnect ALL the wires then test for spark. Make sure magnets have not moved.

Jack Mels is right on.....disconnect the grounding wire where it leaves the point area....make sure the magnets are still glued on....recheck the point gap...and clean them with brake cleaner and blow dry...should be fine. I usually find if not dirty points, then the grounding wire is at fault.
