Go to a local hardware store, check out the "O" ring assortments. Bring your needle valve assembly, and you might find a match, or try your local lawn mower shop.

Don't the rebuild kits come with them? Spend a few bucks on one of those and you'll get a bunch of other parts you may need now or in the future also.

For whatever reason I find the rebuild kits are cheaper for the 8-10hp Tecumseh engines than the 5hp, possibly because the 5hp are more popular, supply and demand? Some of the parts are interchangeable, the O rings, fiber washer, which are the parts easily lost. So I keep more of those around, the 5hp kits are just too darn expensive.

If you do a lot of repairs, go you the hardware store, compare the size, and see if you can get a package of 10 for cheap from eBay. My guess is the hardware store wants .60-.99 each.

There are 3 dimensions you need to know, i.d., o.d., and thickness.
