I think they are. If you look in the Simplicity section there isn't anything that sticks out as far as maintenance or breakage issues. If you can get it for a good price, I'd go for it. I haven't owned one yet but I've always liked the way the handles look bend proof. I have a few different 32"s and they are heavy and they all seem to have weak handlebars. That or I'm just trying to use too much muscle on that EOD pile instead of letting the machine chew slower :devil:
