wondering, is it worth it (for resale purposes) to pull some of the pieces off this machine before scraping it, or is there very little chance for resale of those pieces?

i would think the gearbox at the least.. if its got a differential that too.. both of those pieces are rather minimal size wise.. if you have the room.. id consider going as far as the whole bucket..

Thats a shame, my 824 Snapper is a beast of a machine ... they are solid and very well built. I would just post it for free on Marketplace, as I would think someone would love to take it on as a project, and you could make a future contact if needed.

i have a snapper 8/24 that is in much better condition than this one would be without significant restoration. i have too many blowers from last years project spree!
