Toro made Tecumseh the "king of the lightweight snowblower engines" for many years. There are still many, MANY S200's running today.

I'm trying go get some background knowledge on the variuos engines and their carbs. Hopefully you folks can help me fill in the blanks (I sure wish there was a good way to make a table !)

Blower - Engine - Carb

Toro S200 - ??? - Tecumseh diaphragm

???? - AV520/600 - ????

???? - HSK600 - ????

Toro CCR2xxx - Rtek - ????

You're in luck, there is such a list. It's in the Toro Single Stage Snowthrower Service Manual. You can get your copy here.

About page 11, or so, starts with the Snow Pup in 1976 and goes through the 2000 CCR3650. I don't know if it covers every model, but I'm guessing it must darn near anyway. Tells you how to maintain them and keep them running.
