For sale Toro 6/24 Heavy duty Snowblower.
Unit is Immaculate, very well maintained, just given a full tuneup. The best Snowblowers Toro ever built by far, constructed like a Sherman tank.
6hp, 222cc Tecumseh Snowking engine. Some of the best winter engines Tecumseh ever built. Throttle control and key easily accessible right on the dash. 24" wide with heavy duty drum style augers. These augers act as an anti clog device, they will only take in as much snow as the machine can handle, excess is pushed out the front and continues, until it is all picked up. Easy to use dash mounted controls, auger lever, along with straight forward 3 speed, 2 reverse speed selector. Drive system on this unit works excellent, the reverse on this unit is nice and fast, unlike some machines where reverse moves at a crawl. One and two wheel drive settings with a quick setting of a quick release pin on the left wheel. Two wheel drive for going thru heavy snow, unit holds a perfect straight line, no veering one way or the other. One wheel drive to make easy turns and transport. Unit has a self adjusting scraper blade that moves up or down depending on surface. This scraper does not wear or ever have to be replaced. Belts and friction disk are in excellent condition. All bearings and bushings on this machine are good and have been oiled and greased. Unit has nice tall knobby tires for excellent traction in the snow. No chains required. Unit has both recoil and electric start. Unit starts easy and runs smooth and strong. Fuel shutoff valve included under the tank, to run carb dry at end of season for storage.
Brand new two sided skid shoes have been installed. Oil changed, new spark plug added. New fuel line installed. Machine is clean and ready to go. Machine is solid, yet easy to use and maneuver. Very well made snowblower.
Model 38065. The 6/24 is a rare bird and was only made about 2 years vs. the more common 5 and 7/24.
$400, Thank you!

Yea it does, because the way the dash is made it pulls out of one gear and you drop it into another. So it pulls the rubber disk away from the plate and than when you pick another gear it drops the disk back on the plate, so yea it does. Its selling today for $300 knock on wood.
