It's a 1976 Gilson Power Drive 20". Gilson modified B&S vertical shaft engines for winter use, flipped the usual belt drives for the drive wheels and blower from vertical to horizontally running above the housing then added a 90 degree gear box to drive the auger from the right side. The drive in these machines offered forward direction only. For reverse you had to drag it if you wanted to back up.
