Usually smoke out the breather is a sign of bad rings. Change the oil and see what happens.

After a 15 minute run. Smoked the whole time after initial start up. Leak down test tomorrow.

Tear the engine down, I bet the rings might be stuck to the piston or you have a broken ring. That's pretty bad.
