Hi, I have a green and yellow yard man 9hp 27 inch made around 1998 and I need the manual.

The model number is 31AE653G501 and was made in Ontario, Canada.

I have a manual similar but I have no chains inside for driving. this model is 317e733e401

I am looking for the bearings on the shaft that holds the friction disk. I have a part number but just want to be sure.

I would like to have my specific model.

thanks for the help !!!!

I can't find your model either. Hex shaft bearings for MTD have been 941-0563 for a long time. They are better known as 6203RSNR if you want to save some money.

This diagram/model may be closer to the super simple hex shaft and axle gear drive system you may have.

the original bearing $26 canadian everywhere
your replacement model
Price: CDN$ 7.41 & FREE Two-Day Shipping on Amazon so $14 instead of $52 !!!!!

the belt for driving I ordered the 954-0436 but it references 2 models on the 3 diagrams.
other model it refers to is 954-0456

Just got my answer

954-0436 i ordered is 3/8 30 inch I ordered on amazon. It is over 1 inch too big. Had to put back old one.
954-0456 3/8 29 inch !!! so this is what I need.

Thanks again for all the help.
