Sears Craftsman 32" wide, 10hp snowblower. I MAY sell it, not sure yet. It is model 536 918900.

This was never my main snow removal machine and was only a backup and despite its age, it has less than 50 hours of use and looks almost brand new. I stored it for the last 22 years and may not have used it for as many as 10 years before that. It transmission is the high quality type with gears, not the cheap unreliable type with a rubber wheel drive.

I had and still have a Jeep with a snowplow which I used to remove snow 99% or so of the time as it was easier, faster, and more comfortable than using the snowblower which, as I mentioned, was only a backup in case the Jeep broke down.

The engine is not currently running very well. If my local snowblower repair shop can't fix it, I will probably put it up for sale for parts. I will not be willing to pay much to repair it since I long ago decided I preferred using my Jeep with snowplow and thus have little need for this snowblower and so it is likely that I will put it up for sale.

If you would be interested in this machine, please email me at 78markv@gmail.com and let me know what you'd be willing to pay for it and confirm that if we do a deal, you are capable of picking it up here where I have the machine, Harvard, MA.

If you have tools, 7/16" wrench, slotted and Phillips screwdrivers, needle nose pliers, and are not handy, you can fix it. Order a Tecumseh adjustable carb, adjustment screw on the bottom, off ebay.com or Amazon and it will be running perfect. It may need other work, new gas line, of course greasing, adjustments, let that be the next person job. Or sell it as is and say it needs a new carb.
