What are these called?

I am looking for a generic name for these things that cap the end of the levers on most older snowblowers.

I have one installed on the small crank for the chute but the speed lever is missing the locking cap. I have the knob but nothing to hold it down and attached. I think it is approx. a 1/2" rod.

If you are handy and like a challenge...

Drill & tap a small hole, then use a fender washer and some blue locktite to keep in place. Use stainless hardware so it will not rust.

Even before I found out how crazy overpriced these were that was something I was considering. Now that I know what they are called I will take a look-see and if no better and more affordable option presents itself I will drill and tap.

I do not usually call attention to my location unless it is relevant.
For buying the small stuff it usually is though as shipping costs from the US are extortionate. As for an instance I need a head gasket for my MH100 and while the gasket is usually $5-6 US to buy, but adding shipping and then 25% VAT the gasket delivered to Norway is now $40-45 US 😐
