CLEAN THE CONNECTIONS And check the ground.

 

Which connection? Connectors are good. Others also said check the ground. What ground? When checking with a meter from harness to engine it shows good connection. Stumped. Thanks.

 

The lights on cub cadets just die. They all do. If you have the two lights on the console, they need to be replaced. I think its why cub cadet moved to the light that bolts to the auger housing so quickly from them

 

They are LED’s so hard to believe they are dying already. Plus they both flicker at the same time. Not one over the other. Has to be the feed but no idea where to look. When they are off, they show a good path to ground. And since they are AC powered not sure where to look. Used it today and they worked part of the time during about an hour and a half use.

 

Would be nice to find a wiring diagram or find out where they are fed from.

 

Some LED lights are/were just junk. They've improved exponentially over the years but unfortunately manufacturers' parts are lined up way in advance, missing out on a lot of the most recent improvements. Also... as we all know the lowest bid often gets the job.

Search... AC/DC LED replacements are readily available, perhaps with slight modifications required.
