Recently changed out the summers for snow tires and was happy with my new impact driver.
It has 600 ft/lbs. of torque and makes quick work of removing and installing the lug nuts on the truck rims.
My 1/4" Dewalt impact driver simply couldn't handle the job.

I also discovered that the coating on the winter rims is plastic chrome, and not metal chrome that can be polished. Bummer.

The black areas are plastic chrome that has peeled off.
:ROFLMAO:That Ryobi gun kicks azz, I got for from Santa a couple of years ago. He just knew I needed a new power tool to break stuff

My son had to drive a ton of 12" construction lags and he said my 24V Kobalt was a bit too slow, so he bought the 18V High-Torque Ridgid... It IS kind of a beast...

Pulled up some hardwood flooring and my back isn't what it used to be so I picked up this Gutster flooring prybar, so I wouldn't have to bend over as much. It worked great.

I did get the angle grinder out and put a finer bevel on the front angle of the tips on the forks so that it would slide under the flooring more easily. With the 48" handle it keeps your face back from the flying wood flooring as it get ripped up. The angle on the front of the forks is much better than a prybar or spade shovel, as they constantly jammed up against the flooring nails. The wheels on the back side of the head makes one handed use possible. Quite a time saver as well.

That would be a good tool to take pallets apart. I made one from scratch so I could dismantle pallets to build furniture.
Have made beautiful end and coffee tables, TV stands, wine racks, and even a hope chest out of pallet wood.

Yes it would, and it is also used for pulling up deck board and if you have a twisted stud it can be trapped between the two prongs and twisted straight. I think it might work well on roof shingles as well.
However here in Canada they're not cheap, $192 and change with shipping and taxes in. All things considered especially my old back, it was a good buy.

Axle stand configuration.
I didn't know you are supposed to bend the tab in on axle stands to stop them from pulling apart when lifted up by the top support.
I've cursed my stands when under the car setting them for the right height, and they pull apart.

If you bend this tab in, the stand stays together.

The things I can learn, if I just read the instructions!!!
